The units are clean with beautiful view. The setting is incredible and exceptionally nice, close to the centre, and the island at Playa Norte. Besides, Camping Levesque is 1060 minutes' drive away. As for me the food is fab, and they have a wide range of meals.

I had really really nice experience and would stay here again. That was nice hotel set in really quiet area, just off the garden. The location was perfect for walking around Captain Dulche's Museum. The room was reasonably spacious and I loved the pool, it was very clean. It had a comfy bed and pillows. All the staff was amiable and helpful, fixed my issues.

We recently had a romantic escape and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room was lovely and spacious, with a comfy bed and a breathtaking ocean view. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring we had everything we needed. the location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still easily accessible via taxis and buses.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The cleanliness could have been better, as there were some areas that needed more attention.

I had a great stay at Hotel Ma Elena! The room was lovely - spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The ocean view from the room was absolutely stunning, and I could even see all the way to Cancun. The staff were amazing, especially Carlos who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect - away from the noise of the city but still convenient to catch taxis or the city bus. the value for money was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful views of the water and the serene atmosphere of this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was right on the main bus route and within walking distance of some great bars and Punta Sur. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond when I lost my cell phone. The large and clean room had a great view and a surprisingly comfortable bed, providing great value for the price.
the thin walls made it a bit noisy when a family checked in. The bathroom door was also worn, and the shower had some issues with hot water and low pressure.

the room I stayed in, on the third floor, had an amazing view of the Cancun Skyline. It was Room 305 and it offered breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. the balcony, though small, had enough space for two chairs and a big sliding door to the patio. the room also came with a mini-fridge, which was convenient. the best part was the beautiful cross breeze that came in when we left the front door open. the staff and management were amazing, always helpful and easy to work with. the manager spoke excellent English, which made communication easy. Out of all the budget hotels I stayed at during my three weeks in Cancun, this hotel provided the best value for the price. cons: Hard to think of anything! 😊.
